Craft Class

Arts and crafts class is available to the parent/carers of children and adults with learning disabilities who live in the Manchester area.

About Arts and Crafts?
Talbot House Arts and Crafts class is run by Denise Jackson who has a number of years experience delivering craft classes in similar venues around Manchester. The class is open to all abilities whether you have some experience or none at all. Arts and Crafts is a very creative and theraputic way to spend your afternoon producing something personal for a loved one or yourself. So come along and find your creativity.

What to expect?

The class is held in a spacious room with a small group. All the equipment and materials are provided and are kept well stocked. At the moment the main craft activity popular with parent/carers is card making. Denise guides everyone through the different techniques used to design anything from Birthday cards to Thankyou cards. The cards can then be personalised with a message to send to someone special.

The class is free but due to the small number of people attending (6 maximum) it is best to contact the office on 0161 203 4095.
