The exercise class that Paula runs is a health and happiness class aimed at all ages and abilities. The whole class is chair based to encourage all abilities and levels of fitness. These exercise classes are accompanied by uplifting music and bring lots of joy and laughter to Paula and the participants. The classes take place every Wednesday 11am till 12 here at Talbot House Support Centre.

'I find the classes energetic and fun. Paula is really great at encouraging people to get stuck in'. Precious (parent/carer)
